- All of the guns I process are airsoft guns (in accordance with Japanese regulatory law).
- I do not handle real guns, airsoft that are more powerful than the Japanese regulation values, or all metal airsoft.
- I will get the base gun for your customization for a separate purchase fee.
- If you don't know what to use for your base gun, please contact me.
- 〇What I cannot accept (important)
- I am very sorry, but I cannot accept the following types of requests.
- ・A request for the same thing I've done in the past
- All of the pieces I make at Yuri Custom Works are one-offs.
- If I make the same thing again, the value of the "one off work" will be lost, so I do not make "exactly the same thing as the past work".
- If you want to make "something a little different with a different atmosphere" referring to the past works, I will accept your request.
- ・The request is to recreate a gun called XXX in 〇〇〇
- I'd like you to recreate a gun that appears in real guns, cartoons, TVgames, movies, etc. All requests will be declined.
- However, it's possible to "use an original design based on some worldview", so in that case Please contact me for more information.
- 〇About Costs
- The cost of a full custom order will vary greatly depending on the nature of your request.
- For more information, please contact me and I will give you a rough estimate in advance.
- For orders from overseas, I will need to charge you the shipping cost and PayPal receipt fee for each transfer, in addition to the production cost.
- 〇About the Shipping and Customs
- International shipping is done by EMS or international parcel.
- Please contact your country's customs to find out how to get your country's customs to pass through airsoft successfully.
- 〇About Design
- First of all, I will ask you about the details of your request, pay a design fee of 10,000 yen, and then I'll give you a "design picture".
- I create an image of the gun (based on the side view of the gun).
- Then we make some minor adjustments and finalize the design.
- 〇Payment Schedule
- For example, if the total amount paid is "100,000 yen
- (1) Please make a transfer of 10,000 yen for the design fee→ I will create a design picture→ We will decide on the design.
- (2) Please pay "45,000 yen deposit + PayPal receipt fee" in the month before production starts→I will start production in the following month.
- (3) I will send you a photo of your artwork via email after it is completed→After confirming the photo, please transfer the "Remaining amount: 45,000 yen + postage + PayPal receipt fee"→After confirming the payment, I will send you the artwork.
- 〇About Payment Methods
- I only accept payment from overseas via "PayPal Transfer".
- I will inform you of the account details after I receive your official request.
- 〇About Production Time
- The manufacturing process time varies depending on the nature of the customization.
- It takes a lot of time to make a custom item because it is made by hand and it is basically made by one person. It can take more than a year to complete a job, so please be patient with your request.
- Basically, I make the orders in the order they are received(+my availability).
